Our role
SpotInn is an intermediary platform that organises the relationship between hosts and guests and makes it easy for them to find, contact and book with each other. The platform does not own, rent out or manage any rest house, and is not a party to the rental agreement.
Who owns the rest houses and services
Every listed rest house is owned and managed by its host, whose name or store appears on the rest house page and card. Every service is delivered by its independent provider. In both cases, you deal with the host or provider directly.
Accuracy of information
Information, photos, prices, amenities and availability are supplied by hosts and providers. Although the platform reviews content before it is published, it does not guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Please confirm important details with the host before booking.
Safety and quality
The platform is not responsible for the condition, safety, cleanliness or accuracy of the description of any rest house, nor for any accident, injury, loss or damage that occurs there or while a service is delivered. That responsibility lies with the host or provider, as the case may be.
Payments between the parties
Amounts paid directly by the guest to the host (such as by bank transfer) are paid at the parties’ own risk, and the platform is not responsible for refunding them. Amounts the platform collects directly through its payment methods are subject to the cancellation and refund policy shown.
Disputes
Any dispute about a booking, rest house or service is between the parties involved. The platform may help them communicate and share the booking record and messages, but is not obliged to resolve the dispute or pay compensation.
External links
The platform may contain links to external services (such as WhatsApp, maps and social media). These are governed by their own terms, and the platform is not responsible for their content.
Availability of the platform
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. It may be paused for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. In all cases, its liability will not exceed the fees, if any, that the platform itself collected for the booking or order in question.
